The aim of Hilton Nursing and Homecare Agency is to provide help and support to those who require it to enable them to remain in the security of their own home.
The Agency is managed by Registered Nurses who fully appreciate the skills required to deliver excellent nursing care and support at home.
Careworkers can be provided to look after elderly or frail people, people with chronic disabilities or those discharged from hospital who need support to regain their independence. We offer a complete range of services from simple needs, such as a bath, to more complex requirements of twenty-four hour care. In addition, we provide a night 'sleep in' service for those who need the security of a carer within call at night. We also provide respite for relatives who care for a member of their family at home and are often grateful for a few hours break from the pressures of their responsibilities. They are then able to return refreshed and more able to cope with their situation.
Our careworkers are carefully chosen for their experience in care, and also for their integrity and reliability. Hilton Nursing and Homecare Agency has a comprehensive recruitment and vetting programme in place to ensure you have confidence in the people who are caring for you. We have an ongoing training program for all staff to ensure that their skills are continually enhanced and up to date. All staff are encouraged to take further training in care to SVQ Level 2 or 3.
